According to WebMD, a healthy adult only watches between one to two hours of television. It’s a good thing my shows are all online so I can spread ‘em out through the week.  Here’s a list of my current favorite tv dramas.

1. Vampire Diaries – During the school year, it became my favorite friday after work do nothing and unwind show. At first, I thought it couldn’t be worse, but I promise you, this show gets better with each episode. I guess someone realized that it actually had potential and up-ed the budget.

2. Pretty Little Liars – I know this show looked ridiculously pointless. But it certainly pulled through for me. With the same producers as Gossip Girl and Vampire Diaries, why wouldn’t it. I just hope the mystery stays true. In case you’re wondering. Spencer is my favorite by far. And Aria next.
3. The Big Bang Theory - Basically the comedic relief to my list of serious drama. I love every character with their own humor that blends perfectly with everyone else’s. You know what the show Friends is for most people? Yeah, BBT is that for me.
4. Tied for fourth : Sonny With A Chance (Season 2. Not so much the first.) and Good Luck Charlie – You know why? Because these shows are laugh out loud funny. For real. You don’t have to be seven to enjoy them. The only reason I don’t wait as anxiously for new episodes because I know I’ll be seeing their reruns for years to come.  Do me a favor, and give these two shows a chance.  They’re both on youtube.
Disney’s really stepped up its game this past year. And I don’t say this lightly. It even has me curious as to what’s going to happen with the new show Hannah Montana Forever. But that might be taking it too far.
5. I’m going to have to end with a tie for Gossip Girl and The Bachelorette. Gossip Girl doesn’t make the list because I have no drive to watch it during the year. Only over holidays in series to pass time. And Bachelorette because it’s mindless.
I watch it. And enjoy it. Because it’s mindless entertainment. And I wouldn’t exactly call it a quality show. Not saying the afore mentioned are quality. But in comparison, I give them a standing ovation.
